Our cycle shop is a rural business with a low footfall so, unlike many of our high street counter-parts, we place a great deal of emphasis on building long lasting relationships with our customers to ensure repeat business, which we do by listening to our customers needs, giving freely of our advice and experience and, most of all, by being honest.
